Animate multiple objects simultaneously?

I’d like several images to appear at once, not one after the other. Is this possible?

Yes. If you select multiple objects before adding an animation, it will apply to all selected objects at once.

To select multiple objects you can either

• Hold the SHIFT key and drag your cursor over the items you want to select, OR
• Click on each object while holding down the SHIFT key.

You’ll see the objects you’ve selected outlined in blue.

Is there a way to activate more than one animation at a time, like the function in PowerPoint where one animation can “begin with previous”? I want my text and an arrow to appear at the same time instead of having to click over and over.
