Hello I seem to be unable to view or edit my prezis at the moment. It was all working fine in July, but now when they load it hangs on ‘downloading content’ - the text appears but none of the images or other content.
I notice that the free account only allows 5 prezis - do I need to upgrade my account?
Hi @Timothy_Wells, could you please send us a screenshot of the issue so we can check this?
Please also advise the following:
- Does this happen in a web browser or in the desktop app?
- Are you connected to an office network?
- Do you have any ad-blocker / security software active?

Hi Laura thanks very much for this. As it turned out prezi was accidentally being blocked by my college. They have now restored access and it’s working fine. Thank you! Tim
