Hi,

I’m having issues presenting from a Lenovo tablet to a TV with the chrome cast. When I’m presenting in the tablet I can touch topics to zoom in, zoom out, I can change the order of the presentation,etc. When I do it with a chromecast in the TV I can only pass the slides in a sequential mode and the imagine in my tablet locks in the first “slide”, I loose all the adaptability that Prezi is good for. I’m doing something wrong or this is just like this?

Hello @Albino_Gil_Gomes, Chromecast is not officially supported by Prezi unfortunately and it is possible that you will encounter issues like this when using it. I apologize for any inconvenience and will forward your feedback to our developers.

Eu sempre usei um projetor em minhas aulas para que os alunos visualizassem o Prezi. Para tanto, era necessário ligar um Chromecast no projetor e tudo funcionava maravilhosamente bem. De três meses para cá, entretanto, parece que eles se tornaram incompatíveis, pois o Prezi, quando utilizado com o Chromecast, continuamente fica derrubando a conexão de internet. Será que alguém já relatou algo parecido ou existe alguma solução? Obrigado.

Olá @Roberto_Lins_Marques, juntei o seu post ao tópico relevante. Infelizmente, o Chromecast não é oficialmente suportado pelo Prezi e é possível que você encontre problemas ao usá-lo. Pedimos desculpas por qualquer inconveniente e encaminharemos o seu feedback para a equipa correspondente.

Hi,
I’m having trouble with my Samsung tablet presenting Prezi with Chromecast. Is there another way to cast the presentation from a tablet? Our can I use chromecast in another way?

Hey @Landgoed_Kaamps_Nijl I’ve moved your request to the relevant thread :slight_smile:
Chromecast is not officially supported by Prezi at the moment. As a workaround, I would recommend using the Prezi Viewer app on your Samsung tablet, it can be downloaded from the Google Play store for free, it’s our app optimized for mobile presenting.

Thank you, but I already downloaded this and I can’t transfer the presentation from my tablet to a TV…
When will it be able to use Chromecast? As in the viewer, there is an option to use Chromecast, but it does not work.

Hey @Landgoed_Kaamps_Nijl I’ve forwarded this question to our developers, I’ll let you know when we have an answer :slight_smile:
Until then I would recommend pairing your device with your TV through Bluetooth and use the device as a clicker, if possible.
