[Closed] Unable to import from Prezi

Hello! I am running Prezi video on a Mac IOS. It crashes everytime I try to import a video straight from Prezi. Is there a fix for this yet? It does allow me to import from powerpoint, but I need my presentation in Prezi itself. Please help!

Hi @Samantha_Kane, could you please share the full crash report?
You can use wetransfer.com to send the file to me, please make sure to create a transfer link instead of sending me an email.

Hi, this exact same thing has started happening to me as well right after I downloaded and installed the newest Prezi update. I have two MacBook Pros (a mid 2012 and a 2020) and this has happened on both of them post-update.
