I keep getting error code ‘CONVJOBFAIL’ whenever I try to insert a PDF that has 30 pages. I don’t want to add them individually I want them stacked.
The CONVJOBFAIL error message generally appears when you try to insert an unsupported file type. What kind of PDF would you like to insert? If it is an image, could you please convert it to a different file type? Currently, we support JPG, PNG, BMP and GIF (non-animated).
Thank you for your response but I’m not sure what you mean. The file was originally a pptx file that contains text and images. I converted that pptx file into a PDF which is what I’m trying to now insert into Prezi Next.
Could you perhaps share the file you’re trying to insert? Then we could test it.
Please share it via WeTransfer. Make sure to select Share > link. This will generate a URL link that I can download the file from. Make sure to copy and paste the URL into your reply.
I am having the same problem… how Do I solve
Hi @Gediel_Vargas, could you please let me know if you are still experiencing the issue?
If yes, could you please send me the file so I can test it?
You can use wetransfer.com to send the file to me, please make sure to create a transfer link instead of sending me an email.
I have trying to insert a PDF - As far as I know, this is the only file type that doesn’t distort when you zoom in. I have created the graphic in adobe illustrator and an earlier version of the graphic works fine. I am struggling to understand what is sopping the PDF from working.
@Jonny_Newsome If you get a “CONVJOBFAIL” error message, it usually means the file format is unsupported.
Could you send us the link of the presentation and the file in question via WeTransfer (as a link) so we can test it? Thanks in advance.
@Agnes I have now resolved the issue - There was an element of the design that must having being currupting the graphic. The pdf now works!
I have a tight deadline on a presentation and cannot upload pdf files into it without receiving an error message that Prezi is unable to insert media. Error code is CONVJOBFAIL.
Hello @Chloe_Jeffords, I merged your post with the relevant thread. Could you please check the reply above?
