Hi there, I have had the same issue. I tried to set up my free edu plan but it said it couldn’t be processed. I then went and even tried to set up the basic plan on a monthly subscription because I thought maybe it wouldn’t accept my education email since I’m in Australia, but that didn’t work either. Could you please assist with getting my education account to work and making sure the monthly plan charge didn’t go through?
