Entire editing area in Prezi Next Desktop is blank/white

Prezi Next Desktop for Windows 10. I was just editing and suddenly the application just want blank and unresponsive. Menu items are present but entire content area is white and refuses to refresh even if I resize/re-layout the window.

As a workaround I tried editing the editor and was presented with this mess:

I waited, but nothing. I had to force exit is just pray it did not loose my work. My laptop is connected to my network with ethernet directly to a very fast service. My connectivity and laptop performance is healthy. This is frustrating as these prezi editor bugs are distracting and continue to get in my way.

I’ve run into the same issue twice during the past two weeks, i.e. since I’ve started to work with Prezi Next. Windows 10. I also ran into a worse crash where Prezi blinked at me non-stop like a flashing light and nothing could stop it, not even Ctrl-alt-del or pressing the off button. That happened when I tried to import a graphic from my hard disk and while Prezi was looking in one folder for the graph, I went into another window to move the graph I wanted into that folder. When I switched back to the Prezi window all hell broke lose.

Hi @JJ_JJ, after checking on further with our developers on this issue it seems like that you are facing issues with the firewall and/or folder permissions.

Could you please check this article and follow the firewall troubleshooting guide?
