Error message id: 3001 (FAQ)


You received this error message because the file could not be saved when you were trying to save your presentation as a PDF.

As this can occur for a number of reasons, here are a few things you can try that might help to solve the issue:

  1. Please make sure you have:
  • enough space on your computer
  • appropriate permissions/access rights on your computer. You should have write permission, which grants the ability to modify (create, delete and rename) a file.
  1. Try saving the PDF file to a different location on your computer.

  2. Try saving your presentation as a PDF

  • in another browser
  • on a different computer
  • from a different network

If you can download your prezi as a PDF in another browser, on a different computer, or from a different network, then please make sure that JavaScript, cookies, Flash and pop-ups are allowed (white-listed) for

each for both http and https, in your browser and any firewall software, browser privacy add-on, etc. that you may be running on your computer.

Our website supports all major modern browsers, but for the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Firefox, Chrome or Safari.

Please update Adobe Flash as well (version 11.1 or above is necessary)
