How to cancel my paid subscription?

Last time I didn’t want to extend my subscription and the amount was deducted from my account. So I just need to make sure that it would not happen again.

Hello @Saiba_Ahmad_khan, your current account has a free Basic plan, so there isn’t any paid subscription connected to it :slight_smile:

Hello @Sebastian_Soler, your current account is connected to a free plan, so you don’t have a paid subscription, and that’s why you can’t see any cancellation button. Do you have any other account that might be registered in Prezi?

Non riesco a cancellarmi da Prezi: seguo le istruzioni ma non esiste l’opzione CANCELLA. Mi puoi aiutare a cancellare? Grazie

Ciao @Marco_Comellini, il tuo conto corrente ha un piano Basic gratuito, quindi non c’è nessun abbonamento a pagamento collegato, ed è per questo che non riesci a vedere un pulsante di cancellazione.

no, io non ho nessun altro account Prezi.

Ti posso garantire che il 26 settembre 2021 la mia banca Fineco mi ha addebitato 43,92 Euro sulla carta di credito Visa che finisce con 5453 per: “CHARGE.PREZI.COM”. Ho sotto gli occhi l’SMS di questo utilizzo carta di credito, che posso girarti o fotografare e allegare.

Come suggerisci di procedere?

Hello dear Catarina! Can you make a refund? Because I have confusing situation. I couldn’t download the app and decided to unsubscribe, I don’t know what went wrong, but the money was withdrawn today. I checked and it turns out the subscription was still standing.
