How to install the desktop application for a fellow employee?


I’m setting this up for a fellow employee and I need to know how the desktop installation process works. This is domained computer and they have no installation rights. Can I download it, install it on my profile and enter the license, or do I need to install it, then get them to log on so that I can add the license? Is there a standalone installer that I can download or do I need to put it on a USB drive and bring it to his location?
