Html embed code for Prezi Next

Hi, I can’t seem to find the “embed” option, to include a Prezi Next in a web page.
I expected something like Classic, where “iframe” code was generated.
Am I missing anything?
Thanks a lot!
Cristiano.

Thanks a lot! I had tried myself, but I was missing the “/embed” suffix.
Just as for Prezi Classic, I suggest to add the paramenter “&wmode=opaque” to the URL, this is becasue with firefox otherwise the full screen butto would not work.

I have tried the copy-paste solution. It doesn’t work in Moodle platform. This is frustrating, since I use Prezi to post lessons and activities. I can do it in the Classic mode, but not in Next. I don´t want to create new content in Classic mode, so I will appreciate a better solution for this problem. Thanks.

Hi Pablo,
I had the same problem, and now it works for me as follow:

For your prezi, create a view link, say it’s https://prezi.com/view/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/

Then, the html code to embed will be:

<iframe src="https://prezi.com/view/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/embed?&amp;wmode=opaque" width="600" height="450" allowfullscreen="allowfullscreen"></iframe>

Note that you have to append /embed to the url in the iframe src parm.

I haven’t tried on Moodle, though.
BR
Cristiano.

Links within web embedded Prezi Next?

@Pablo_Manzewitsch, do you use iframe plugin for Moodle while embedding the code?

If I add the iframe-code to our own site, in Safari we end up with a number of different errors:

Failed to load resource: The network connection was lost (For a file a adsymptotic .com)
Failed to load resource: too many HTTP redirects (https://prezi.com/api/v2/auth/optional/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fprezi.com%2Fapi%2Fusersettings%2F)
Failed to load resource: too many HTTP redirects (https://prezi.com/api/v2/auth/optional/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fprezi.com%2Fapi%2Fv3%2Fpresentation%2F12xkykhem2ik%2F%3Fkey_type%3Dprezilink%26auth_key%3Dxxxxxx)

For reference, the iframe looks like:

<iframe webkitallowfullscreen="1" mozallowfullscreen="1" allowfullscreen="1" width="100%" height="100%" frameborder="0" src="//prezi.com/view/xxxxxx/embed" >
</iframe>

Do you have any ideas how to solve this?

#11

Could you please delete the prezi.com cookies? That can solve it.

#12

Tried that, but it didn’t help, still getting the same errors

#13

The responsible team got back to us with the information that it is either blocked cookies in the browser, or a company or internet service provider proxy which manipulates the cookies Prezi provides you with.

Could you please try this view link from a different computer and/or from a different location?

#14

Thank you, that helped! Safari was blocking third-party cookies… :blush:

#15

I am glad it helped and it has been resolved!
