I deleted my presentation, can I recover it?

#63

I’ve checked this presentation but apparently it got completely deleted. Accidentally deleted presentations cannot be recovered, not even from our database, I’m afraid.

I am very sorry I couldn’t recover your work!

#64

Hi Vanda, is this the case for ALL presentations? Is there any way to recover an accidentally deleted presentation if we had the Prezi App on our desktop?

#65

Unless you have exported the presentation previously, I’m afraid it is gone.

I accidentally deleted a presentation that is really important to me, does anyone know if there is a possibility to recover?

#67

@Batel_Nissan, was it a complete presentation deleted or just content?

#68

Guys, are you kidding? You are a serious service, and you have no recycle bin at all??? I have just recently deleted the final version of my important presentation and I see no opportunity to recover it. If it is so, I will never ever use you service again, because this is really mad!!! You wasting a lot of my time and I don’t get it. Why there is no recycle bin??? How can I restore my file???!!!:worried:

If it will help you there is a link to this presentation…

I will really appreciate your help with recovering it!

Perfect!!! No recycle bin and no opportunity to restore file!!! This is very-very awful!!! DO NOT USE PREZI, Guys!!! This is absolutely unserious!!! I have lost a lot of my time and money because these guys just simply did NOT make recycle bin in their service!!! I could not imagine this could ever happen in th 21th century!!! What a bad service and situation. I will tell all my friends and colleagues about this happening so they will seriuosly think twice before having deal with you!

At least you could make a BIG-BIG billboard in you app saying: “NO RECYCLE BIN!!! DANGEROUS!!! DO NOT DELETE FILES!!! THE CHANGES ARE PERMANENT”. And you offer a small table with small text before deletion only! Nobody reads it! This text appears in every application before putting it into recycle bin, but not before permanent deletion. It should have asked me at least twice in such case!!! Do you want? Are you sure? This is permanent!!!

Hi, I accidentally deleted my presentation yesterday believing I was deleting a link. Is there any possible way you could restore it?

#72

@Darian_Tolbert I have merged your post to the relevant thread. Unfortunately, deleted presentations cannot be recovered.

#73

I accidentally deleted a really really important Prezi and I really needed it back as soon as possible. Is there anything I can do?? Please tell me that it can be recovered! :’(
I really need it …

#74

@Ana_Sofia I merged your post into the relevant thread.

I am very sorry but once a presentation is deleted, we are not able to recover it.

#75

Hi guys, I was working on a huge presentation and yesterday it was completely deleted but I don’t know why. I mean still have the presentation but the content in it disappeared. Can you please help me?

#76

@Marcos_Bichara Could you share the link or the title of the presentation please?

#77

Hey Agnes could you help me out? I’m having the same issue as many other people on this thread and I could really use you or another Moderator’s help. I am working on a School Project and suddenly a lot of my info was deleted, thankfully the presentation itself wasn’t deleted but I still lost A LOT of info. Could you restore my information somehow, it was ok around 5:40 PM EST 11/23/18 (Today). I would be so grateful for your help.

I have the following presentation https://prezi.com/p/gz5zfxfakbzl/ and i accidentally deleted a portion of it. Is there any way to retrieve the deleted portion or do I have to start over?

I truly appreciate any help! It happened sometime after 11:08pm and before 11:20pm.

Hello I accidentally deleted my presentation today November 25 around 13:30 (CET). Could you help to recover it? I believe it is still available because when I type the link in google, it shows a description of the content. Clicking on the link says “404”
The link is prezi.com/p/drgf_2wuq2zj

Like other people here, I deleted a link (I think) which resulted in the deletion of the entire presentation…

Thank you

@Marcos_Bichara and @Denice_Hector I reverted your presentations, could you check if these are the version you were looking for?

@Isabel_Buyers I’m afraid the changes were not synced due to a network issue, therefore I cannot see any data being added+deleted in our system. I’m really sorry but in this case, reverting the presentation would not resolve the issue.

@S_Kupers Even though the link might show up in search engines for a short time after the presentation is deleted, I’m afraid it is not in our system anymore and therefore we cannot restore it. I apologise for the inconvenience.
