I’m having problems paying on the website (FAQ)


If you experience difficulties purchasing a license on the website, please send an email to prezibilling@prezi.com and include as many of the following details as possible:

  • the type of payment involved (Paypal or credit card)
  • the email address your account is registered with
  • the license you wish to renew (Enjoy, Pro or Edu Pro)
  • any error messages you might have received
  • screenshots that may help us understand your issue better
