I’m having problems renewing my license (FAQ)


As a first step, please try your purchase again.

To do so

  1. Log in to your Prezi account.
  2. Go to your Settings & Account page.
  3. Select the Subscription tab on the left side of the page.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please send an email to prezibilling@prezi.com and include as many of the following details as possible:

  • the type of payment involved (Paypal or credit card)
  • the email address your account is registered with
  • the license you wish to renew (Enjoy, Pro or Edu Pro)
  • any error messages you might have received
  • screenshots that may help us understand your issue better

*Note: emails concerning issues other than payment problems sent to this email address will not be answered.
