It seems like there were no presentations on your current account. My best bet would be to look for different email addresses that you might have been using to register for Prezi.

I logged into my account to continue a project and it was gone. I know I used that email and I even have the link to the project because it is an assignment. I have tried your other suggestions and I do not have an option for a drop down menu changing it to Prezi classic.

I need help! Almost all my presentations are gone. Only my first one from back in 2010 and two from last spring appear in the library. I cant switch between Next and Classic mode. I installed the Prezi app, but that didnt help either. I have upgraded to Edu pro and Edu plus, but still no more presentations. I only have one account and are now out of ideas.Is this possible to solve?

I have not created two accounts, but I had som problems with the log in so I made a Google-log in. Can that have caused problems and created a new account?

Please note that if you decide to use Google to log in and you haven’t got an account with your Google email address yet, you will create a new Prezi account.
My prezis have disappeared. I had the Classic version, and used them as recently as the Spring. Now, they are all gone.
