Making an informed purchasing decision

Just a suggestion. I’ve been a Prezi user since 2010 and began working towards paying for an upgrade. The problem is I want to verify that a specific set up will work so that I can make an informed decision. Unfortunately there is no pathway to an expert / employee except to post on a user forum.

I can’t chat, call or email.

My suggestion - don’t frustrate the purchasing process.
