Network problems


Hi, I have some network problems with the desktop app. I made the presentation in chrome, when I see the presentation in the desktop app I cannot see the pictures and sync fails. I’m working behind a proxy in a company network. Also, I cannot copy/paste any pictures to the desktop app. In general its a network problem but I don’t know how to solve it. There are no settings for network in prezi.

Yes, when syncing the presentations to the cloud, the same firewall settings can block the process.
