New Topic Not Selecting Correct Format

I’m trying to add a new topic to my presentation but it will not let me select Planet…when I choose planet, a stack topic pops up. I’ve tried all the different ways to add a topic and it keeps choosing a stack. Do certain templates not allow planets? Or is this a bug?

The link is no longer valid, I’m afraid, could you perhaps reactivate it?

Be advised that you cannot add a planet subtopic beneath a stack topic or subtopic. Planet subtopics can only be added to planet topics. Also stack topics and subtopics cannot be changed into planets. I like to say, “Once you go to a stack, you can’t go back.”
