If you accidentally upgraded/renewed your Prezi subscription or if you haven’t used Prezi, you can request a one-time refund within 14 days of the purchase.

You can submit a refund request by clicking here.

When submitting your request, we will ask you to provide certain details for verification. Please make sure to include these if possible so we can process the refund as soon as possible:

  • Transaction ID
  • Last 4 digits of credit card used
  • Full name of card holder
  • Date of payment and amount charged
  • Billing address

If more information is needed, an expert from our Payments Team will review your request and contact you with a solution via email.
