Prezi Desktop is always offline

I installed Prezi Desktop. After the installation, the screen in the image below popped up. I tried all solutions. I do not have ad blocker. I changed different browsers and I also turned off the Windows defender, but without any success. I have access to the internet.

Hello @Hamzah_Al-Qadasi, are you connected to a public/private network?

Please, try the following steps:

  • Clear browser cache: please press Ctrl + Shift + R for Windows, or Cmd + Shift + R for Mac
  • If clearing only the cache does not help, please **clear all cookies
  • If available, please check if the same problem occurs with other browsers

Also, please try logging out from the browser, and try logging into your account only after the desktop app forwards you to the browser.

Thank you for your quick response. I am using the network of home. I cleared the cache and using all browsers, but without any success.

Thanks for confirming @Hamzah_Al-Qadasi, could you please uninstall the desktop application and install it once again using this direct link?

Then, restart your computer please and let us know if you still receive the same message.

  1. Log in to Prezi Viewer.
  2. Tap on a presentation for more options.
  3. Tap the Keep offline icon.
  4. Once saved, the icon will change to show that it is available offline. Offline presentations will also appear at the top of your Prezi Viewer dashboard.
