I open my Prezi and I can see all of my images, but all of the sudden the screen will go black, and it reloads with no images visable. If I roll my mouse over where an image would be - I can see the box that the image would be in.
Is anyone else having this problem?
@Courtney_Diaz Please make sure that your firewall or security settings are not preventing your computer from accessing Prezi, and in order to do so please take the following steps:
Make sure that JavaScript, cookies, and pop-ups are allowed for prezi.com in the browser you are using.
Check that this is also the case with any firewall software, browser privacy add-on, or similar software that you may be running on your computer.

I am having the same problem using Chrome Version 65.0.3325.181. For a day the images showed up. Today they disappeared. Both my background and regular images disappeared. They show for a second at startup, then disappear as the first topic opens. I’ve checked the Chrome settings of @Agnes but that made no difference.

As for the firewall settings, the main goal is to make sure that the above-mentioned pop-ups and the Prezi site itself are not blacklisted either within the browser and in any firewall software running on your computer.
Multiple users who experienced the same issue reported that they do not have the same problem in Firefox 64 bit so I could recommend you to use this browser and in the meantime we are looking into what could have caused this specifically in Chrome.

I can get it working in Firefox but what is the solution to getting it working in Chrome?
This happened today when I restarted my computer for updates. Before that it was fine, I hadn’t restarted chrome since I started using Prezi only a few days ago.

@Asha_McNeill I’m afraid I cannot give you a more recent update, while we are working on fixing the issue in the newest version of Chrome, please use Firefox until the problem is resolved. Thank you in advance.

I tried to add these sites but those with a period in front such as
.cloudfront.net
do not work…i get an error message that this is not an actual domain…do i need to remove the period from all of these? Or add something in front of the period??
@Jennifer_Brooks, you can add the web addresses as they are typed in @Agnes’s reply above in Chrome in Settings > Content Settings.

I am having this kind of a problem too. But not all images seem to disappear… some stay and show. Not fun.
