Thx for your help,

@Nathalie_GUILLAUMIN Hi and sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you try deleting ~/Library/Application Support/com.prezi.pitch.desktop/USER_ID/content/remote_list.plist and then restart the app please ?

In addition, could you tell me what exactly the error message says after the crash? Thanks in advance.

Oh yes !! It works. Preferences were certainly corrupted ?

Thx for your help Agnes.

Hello, I tried to upgrade prezi on my mac laptop and the app no longer will open. I’ve seen no comments like this so far.

Hi @Jeff_Fairbanks, I’ve merged your question to the relevant topic.
Could you please let me know if the application does anything at all? What happens exactly?
Could you tell me the exact OS version you have on your Mac?

As first troubleshooting, I would recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the Next desktop application completely on your system.
