Prezi Next does not start: Direct X problem

Hello community,

for some time now my Prezi Next does not start anymore.
I was still working with it last year in December 2021.

Now when I try to open the program the following error message appears:

Translation EN:
“Direct X is required.
A dedicated or integrated graphics card with DirectX support is required to view this presentation.”

My system configuration:

What I have tried so far:

  • Reinstalled Prezi Next (current version 1.36.11.0) > no success.
  • installed older version of Prezi Next (from Topic > “DirectX issue on Surface Pro”) > no success
  • uninstalled and reinstalled graphics card driver > no success
  • Assigned NVidia graphics processor explicitly to Prezi Next > no success
  • DirectX checked (dxdiag), screenshot below:
