I’ve tried all of this and my presentation still won’t load. I’m also having an extremely difficult time contacting support and getting the help I need. My browsers on Safari and Chrome are all updated and all adblockers are off. This happened right as I went into “Presenter view” and now I can’t even edit or access my presentations. I’m frustrated but open to suggestions.

The attached image is what I have been seeing for the past hour.

dowloaded the Prezi next app and I can edit in this app.

it does not load from the cloud

Last Saturday, I created 4 more PREZIS, but everytime I click on “present” in any of them, there’s a spinning “loading” and I never get to show the presentations. However, my other PREZIS can open immediately. My internet connection is fine, too. It had never happened before, but everything started last Saturday. The new presentations take forever to open. Could you please help me?

Thanks for your reply. The point is that when I log in while I have the incognito screen, the presentation opens immediately. The problem is that I can’t do it without logging in. I have a group of organized PREZI presentations in a Word document because they’re not organized in “All Projects”. It’s strange that all of the PREZI presentations that I created before last week open immediately, except the 5 last ones. Why is it that there is a loading problem with the presentations now?. I have class tomorrow and I don’t know what to do. HEEEEEELP! PLEASE!!!

If I understand correctly you can open all your presentations in an Incognito window, right?
How do you mean you cannot do it without logging in? What do you mean exactly?

Can you share a link to one of the presentations you are unable to open?

Olá Sara,
Estou utilizando o computador de casa. Ontem trabalhei tranquilamente pelo navegador Chrome, pois é meu principal navegador, hoje o prezi já não carrega. Tentei mudar para o Explore e deu certo, já estou conseguindo fazer as edições.
Acreito que seja alguma falha de conversação entre o prezi e o Chrome.

Hi! I have been using Prezi for a month or so- I have been unable to get stickers, GIFs, or images to load. I would love to be able to use this feature to create more dynamic presentations for my students. Does anyone know how I can fix this feature?

Hi @elizabeth_law, could you please confirm if this issue is only happening in the desktop app? If yes, we would suggest reinstalling the app and checking if it works normally in the web browser.
Do you work in an office or school network?

Hi, I have created and edited a Present file. However, I was not able to edit the exiting file. The indication circle kept running and no further response like shutdown condition. Please help.
