Hi, I have created and edited a Present file. However, I was not able to edit the exiting file. The indication circle kept running and no further response like shutdown condition. Please help.

I was able to edit my presentation last night. Now Chome will not load a presentation for editing. I am able to open the editor in Safari.

I do not know what Chrome setting to change so I can use Prezi in Chrome again.

Firstly, could you please try to clear cache/cookies of your browser? Could you also check if there are any firewall settings in Chrome that could be blocking your access?

Do you have any active ad blocker when using Prezi?

I can’t access this presentation https://prezi.com/view/DMLA0ndPs7mfqBl6i4ST/. I even tried to start a new one, but it gets stuck on the wheel (indicating it loads the presentation) for ages.
I’m currently on a windows 10 computer, using Chrome Version 101.0.4951.54.

Do you have any ideas where it could come from?
