Question about size of background image on canvas

Hey there,

I uploaded a huge 4800 * 3200 pixel background for my overview screen. Nonetheless, when I click to proceed into presentation mode, ugly white stripes appear on each side of the Prezi.

How can I stretch the image to eliminate those stripes?

The aspect ratio needs to be 16:9 to fit perfectly. I’d crop your image if possible and try again. 4800 x 2700 should do the trick. The large size doesn’t really help either; a sep post talks about resolution & the ideal resolution is closer to 1800 x 1012 (or Prezi will auto-resize anyway).
