About 10 minutes ago (some time between 8:10p and 8:15p), I clicked on “dashboard” and then when I went back into the presentation, I appear to have lost all of the work I did over the last 3 hours (I think it may have something to do with the fact that I had an older version open in another browser window so when I closed out and went to dashboard it autosaved a previous version). I have restored the last saved version of your project and also created a copy of the current version of your project. We have received your support ticket and have sent an answer there, too.
I don’t know if this is where I should ask, but I have a similar problem. Log In | Prezi lost a chunk at sometime between 9:49-10:24 pm PST. Undo/Redo isn’t helping. I’m going to cry. Thank you if you can help!
