Unable to sync

I made the presentation without making sure that everything was getting saved, and now constantly tries to reconnect and fails sync, I checked on my presentations and all the things I’ve put aren’t there. What can I do, I still have the completed version opened in my browser.

Nevermind, I just took a bunch of photos and did it again :frowning:

@Francesco_Roffia Sorry for the difficulties, please make sure there are no firewall or adblock settings on your computer/in your browser that could be blocking the syncing process.

Hopefully, this will solve the problem, but if you’re still experiencing the same issue please let us know and we’ll further look into this.
