Upload video with free Basic license

Hi, excuse my bad english!! I am a french user! :slight_smile:

It seems that we couldn’t add videos in Prezi Next anymore? A few months ago, it was possible, but it seems that it’s not anymore in the free version?
My students have to use Prezi next (free version) and insert videos, but we have an message that we have to pay to insert it (mp4 or YouTube link). Could anyone help me?

Hello @Caroline_Bourque, please note that uploading your own video is a paid feature that comes with our Plus license. You should be, however, able to insert a Youtube video into Prezi Present with a free, Basic account as well.

Could you please send me a screenshot of what happens if you try to insert a Youtube video?
