Hi @vanda

Videos for me are just showing as black boxes with no thumbnail and no play button. Is there a solution for this? I’ve uploaded them to prezi. So they’re not Youtube.

I’m having a similar problem. I’m using Prezi desktop on Windows, and when I export, the mp4 videos I have embedded are showing grey boxes instead of thumbnails, although YouTube videos are showing fine.

I am having the same problem with my presentations.  They were working up to about 2 weeks ago.  When you go to play the youtube video there is no more thumbnail, just a black square with a play button.  Really need to see the picture of the video to open th correct one.  Help please.

Never mind, it does work in Safari but not in Chrome.
