- What you were doing when the issue occurred
- The Prezi Next product you are using (e.g. Prezi Desktop, online editor)
- Any error message you receive
- Your operating system (Windows 7? Vista? Mac OS X 10.?)
- Your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge)
Titles should be clear and informative so others can benefit from your post more easily. Try to avoid irrelevant words such as HELP! or URGENT!
